Classic deep black 'boiled'/felted viscose/wool blend boucle knit. This is the fabric I've been seeing in upper end ready to wear in Paris, (coats, jackets, vests, accessories), customers have asked for it, and has been hard to find in the US. Fine quality firm jacket/coating weight with a subtle boucle texture, dense, with a structured drape and an appealing soft and cozy, non-scratchy hand. Has some crosswise stretch and does not ravel, will be easy to sew and wear. The weight can work indoors or out and makes a good layering piece. Use raw cut edges if you want, line or not.
